Wrong eye cut-in images in OG mode and other eye issues

For chapter 7 and 8, the eye cut-in images are missing, so the eye-cut in images will display with the PS3 sprites instead of the OG sprites.

Also, for some chapters, the eye images are incorrectly in the OGBackgrounds folders, which means they would display as long as you had the OG Backgrounds selected, even if you had say, the ps3 sprites selected.

NOTE: this issue also affects the hou+ OG sprites. They should also be updated to fix the eye cut-in images
