+### Web UI does not appear and "Python Installer Failed" or no error message printed

+If you find the installer launcher appears, but states "Python Installer Failed" without anything appearing, the Python part of the installer is not working correctly.

+This can be caused by antivirus software such as SmadAV, which blocks the Python part of the installer from running.
