Flatpak version needs update.

Thanks for pointing this out, hopefully the person who packages the Flatpak will see this and update it. I don't personally do any packaging aside from the win32 releases, and for everything else I leave it up to the distros.

While not having created it, I updated the flatpak version. So you can close it.
It looks like there is currently no one looking out for the flathub version of Nestopia.
If another Release happens, just mention me and i update it.

@Citrodata thanks, that's great news. I hope to have everything in order to do a release by the end of the year, but it depends on FLTK and some stuff that needs to be finished in the core emulation code.

Added a pull for the new release.
Now we just wait for its to be merged in flathub

@Citrodata thanks for taking care of this. I just took a look, wanted to point out that libao is no longer used, and if possible, it would be better to use FLTK 1.4 which has Wayland support and HiDPI support.

It done.
Removed libao and update FLTK to 1.4.1
