Error 0x000007b at startup

At startup, it returns error 0x000007b, all DirectX, NET framework, and C++ components are installed, the rest of the programs run without problems, and the old version of Nestopia 1.40 also runs.
In Retroarch, Nestopia is also not run.

What results do you get if you try 1.52.1, 1.52.0, etc? These are all built on a Win7 machine with Visual C++ 2010. The pre-fork version, I can't tell you what it was built on. Are you sure you have the Visual C++ 2010 redistributable installed specifically?

Versions 1.52.1, 1.52.0 and 1.51.0 have the same error.

I can't really help you further with this, other than maybe suggest there is also the DirectX 9.0c redistributable.
