Description

Add missing standard Polygon Security Policy as part of internal security audit.

Changes include

• Bugfix (non-breaking change that solves an issue)
• Hotfix (change that solves an urgent issue, and requires immediate attention)
• New feature (non-breaking change that adds functionality)
• Breaking change (change that is not backwards-compatible and/or changes current functionality)
• Documentation update (NEW)

As discussed in Slack channel wg_edge_audits, AppSec team is creating different PRs along Edge/Supernets teams' repos to add the missing standard Security Policy.
