Sub-arctic building selection much smaller than vanilla's (possibly intentional?)

The above is the current houses that can appear in ITL in sub-arctic climate.

This is the vanilla game's list of buildings for the sub-arctic climate. Perhaps intentional?

Combining regular and snow sprites into one house reduces the count somewhat, and none of the ITL climates use the truly ugly modern skyscrapers (the tube and the capsule tower) or the log cabins, but the other missing buildings (stadium, tan 2-tile skyscraper, modern church) are indeed an oversight.
