Add account via cmd

With the version 1.3.0+ (Pro+ feature via subscription or one time purchase) it is possible to add an account during the app execution (not in login screen).

Command line parameters, for exmaple:

start twofastauth://config/set?addAccount="otpauth://totp/ACME%20Co:john.doe@email.com?secret=HXDMVJECJJWSRB3HWIZR4IFUGFTMXBOZ&issuer=ACME%20Co&algorithm=SHA1&digits=6&period=30"
