Add to the Github the Club Membership Registration process with detailed step by step instructions.

Motivation and benefits of becoming a member of the 3C: easier access to support for any needs the students see as an opportunity to grow professionally. E.g. going to a conference or workshop, doing an international publication, requesting access to equipment, putting forward a recommendation to ordering new equipment that is seen as the type of technology that will benefit the student skill set.
