Business Requirements:

To facilitate accuracy in the ML models, the collected data needs labels and to follow a standardized brainwave collection method. This creates better consistency in the training data and labels. The club is documenting different methods on the project Wiki here: https://github.com/3C-SCSU/Avatar/wiki/Brainwave-Donation-Procedure

Technical Details:

Create documentation on the wiki for a brainwave donation process v1.03. This process will collect data for the same labels as process v1.02. The v2.01 process will change the subject's brainwave from visualizing the drone moving in a method similar to the output label, to instead have the subject think about directing the drone via voice command, similar to using a voice assistant like Alexa or Siri. The voice command will be relative to the output label. i.e. for the label "Land" the recorded brainwave will have the subject thinking something like "Drone Land"

  • Create a command word for the process such as "Drone", "Drone Go", etc
  • Add complete documentation at the Avatar wiki detailing the steps for the new procedure and label it v2.01

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The wiki is updated to include a new v.2.01 method
  • The new method utilizes a command word method
