Documentation: List the features and the supported release

Before doing an official release of the rt-mbms-tx transmitter we need to collect the supported features and also identify the release version we are supporting. From my understanding, this transmitter has Rel-14 and Rel-16 functionalities?

Important to know:

• which subcarrierspacings are supported
• which BWs
• is PBCH repetition implemented?
• other CAS enhancements from Rel16
