[Research Epic] User and market research on roles

Overview

Before we want to continue implementing additional roles in the interface or begin research on how to tackle this topic holistically in terms of open role (often modules) development, curation of available roles and on how to expose these roles in the interface, we should start with conducting user research and analysing other existing solutions, our user feedback and past work on this topic.
