Warning banners are overlapping the "Add Safe" link on the sidebar

Description

This happens when a notification is given to all user by the use of the banner on the top of the web app. When this happens, on the sidbar the link "add safe" is not visible anymore and you can scroll to see it.

Environment

• Browser: Chrome
• Wallet: MetaMask
• Chain: any

Steps to reproduce

1. You will have to enable the banner on the top to show up
2. Open the sidebar

Expected result

The Add safe link should be visible, probably the banner should push down the content on the sidebar

Obtained result

The add safe link is overlapped
