Hello,

Has anyone, within the last year, successfully implemented this on an Apple TV?

First, I am not a developer. I coded many years ago in assembly, Fortran, a little C++. I installed Xcode and played around with the TV version of the code and was able to push an app to my Apple TV 4K. The Apple TV was always in Point Hope! I could never get a location in the lower 48 established.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @dgvinton,

If you're seeing your TV as located in Point Hope, it means that your Apple TV is taking the location position fed to it by Xcode. In order to get a location in the continental US, you need to set the location using Xcode.

See this guide, it has a lot of info on how to do this!
