Update default metadata in Templates

Current list of things to update:

• report-series can probably be static, but need to split to enable separate partner
• Add partner metadata (i.e. UofA, UQ, CU)
• Remove "Technical report series"? (Do we need the "Technical report series" metadata? #11)
• Do we need a report-type? E.g. design, analysis, bioinformatics, etc?
• Add project-number field split from subtitle.
• Do we need subtitle at all? Leave as an available option for people if needed?
• Do we need job-title?
• Do we need address?
• Add "contact" to the email static text, to read "contact email".

• Request from CU to include all project leads (for the strategic partner producing the report) on the cover page.
