Bug Fixes

• For pca9535 GPIO feature, fix the functions that always return true.
• Fix SemaApi_SetSysCtrlReg passes an incorrect length parameter to SMBus.

Improvements

• Update smartctl tool( for S.M.A.R.T) from v6.4 to v7.0.

Other Changes

• Disable SemaMqtt feature.
