Overview

Add the ability to upload pictures for print edition covers and user profiles.

Details

We need to decide whether the database will store the pictures as BLOBs, or only URLs to uploaded pictures;
Print Edition Covers should be uploaded via the administration interface;
User Pictures should be uploaded individually by every user on their profile page.
