Code that removes residual distortions due to eye motion from images and videos processed by Demotion.

- It runs on python 2.7 and requires an older matlab version (older than 2023a).
- This script can handle multiple FOVs at a time and the results ahve a transparent fill.
- Trim_Warped_Edges is helpful to run after to get rid of uneven edges so that they will work correctly with imageJ and automontager
