Add RSS feed to marketplace entry

In an Eclipse marketplace listing, you can add an RSS feed URL. GitHub supports RSS feeds for a number of things, such as releases or commits. For example: https://github.com/AObuchow/Eclipse-Spectrum-Theme/commits/master.atom

I would be surprised if many users made use of such feeds in the marketplace, but it may be something you want to do anyway given that it's a single link to add to the listing form. 😉
