Slow control and test software for MPCEX detector of PHENIX experiment at RHIC.
All programs (except dqcapture.py) are executed on the Raspberry Pi's.

Usage:

After power cycling of FEM:
  ./onReboot.s

Download of carrier boards on FEMa:
  ./doall.sh a

To enable FEMs:
  ./femon.sh ab

To disable FEMs:
  ./femoff.sh ab
//,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
//'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
// Stress Test
//
Start Cell ID checker on two FEMs, it make sense to run them in a separate ssh
session. They do not interfere with other FEM operations although loads
the CPU significantly.
  ./cellids.sh a

Start stress test of both FEMs using their local GTM simulators:
  ./gtm_scan.sh ab

If gtm_scan.sh have been interrupted, then the GTM simulators will be left generating the latest pattern.
To stop the GTM simulators:
	./gtm_local ab -g stop

//'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
FPGA device info of the FEMa:
  ./jtag_flash.sh a

Flash the latest FEMr1*.stp file into the FEMa:
  ./jtag_flash.sh a program

Flash the carrier board a0:
  ./jtag_flash.sh a0 -f CARB_U1-r124.stp -p
