[PE-D][Tester D] Long appointment names are not truncated to be shown below to display the full value

Describe the bug:
Long appointment names are not truncated when adding an appointment, evem when expanding the window fully, it does not show the full value.

Steps to reproduce:
Enter the add appt command example for appointment but change the ty/ value to a very long name.

Expected behaviour:
Long appointment names are truncated to be shown below to show the full value.

Actual behaviour:
Long appointment names are not truncated to be shown below to show the full value.
