also unit test building from a new env using poetry

• always use a new env!
• how to build:
• On windows use upx dir --upx-dir=
• poetry update from pyproject.toml
• ========
• build all the examples as per at least unit test LIST: (where u test and also build for release) #28 AND test from fastcvapp (1)/fastcvapp (2)/examples (3) and pyinstaller (4) ON WIN (A) AND MAC (B)
• so it's (A,B) TIMES (1,2,3,4) are all the current tests so far, just test if they work and play button works, but how do I do that? I literally have to look at it....
• at least test if building/pressing button/loading file gives no error?
• ideally this is a github action...
