Skim Wrapper - CS has reviewed. This PR is a small but distinct change in functionality. It has no tests itself; but also our platform lacks a mechanism to test this kind of small change. Testing is dependent on developing a complete model that uses this functionality.
Sharrow - RSG review is complete, WSP review in progress (also via profiling stress tests)
PTV's Window Installer - CS to review. PTV is anxious to get this accepted.
