This is the first public release of the code written for the "Breast Cancer Detection in Mammograms using Deep Learning Techniques" dissertation, as part of the MSc Artificial Intelligence at the University of St Andrews.
This code is an extension of the deep learning pipeline written in common with Ashay Patel and Shuen-Jen Chen, which can be found at DOI 10.5281/zenodo.3975092.
