Mask R-CNN Inference Tool (& more)

This repository contains every files except images and annotations to train and run Mask R-CNN on kidney images. This is based on matterport's Mask R-CNN and navidyou's repository.

This repository has been started during my internship at the LEAD Laboratory (Dijon, France) from April 2020 to June 2020 for my second-to-last year of master’s degree in Software Engineering at ESIREM.
