CMPDL first release

Note:

• Please use CMPDL-Setup.exe as it is the safest method.
• If you don't want to install anything; then download CMPDL.zip
• this is the alpha version. so expect a lot of bugs 😅 you can report them here
• If you prefer to use the command line. I suggest you use CMPL.CLI
