[ECP-9508] Double click on Place order creates two orders

Describe the bug
When we click the button "Place order", if we have to wait for the 3D Secure popin, two orders are created.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Double click on Place order

Expected behavior
The place order button should remain disabled after the first click until the loading of the 3D Secure popin is done.
The second click should not be possible.
