a quick image converter for the qoi format
There are two versions of the script, rename whichever you wish to edit to main.go and build it.
Drop any combination of .png, .jpg, and .webp files into /input, run Png2Qoi.exe, and check /output for converted files.
Drop any .qoi file into /input, run Qoi2Png.exe, and check /output for converted files
