Adds a new crafting recipe as alternative to existing exit End portal generated blocks.

Convert Cobblestone to End Stone through Popped Chorus Fruit

Popper Chorus Fruit appears to have the ability to convert non-End material (Blaze Rod) into an End material (End Rod). Applying same logic to Cobblestone given similar appearance in textures.
