Adds a new crafting recipe.

Create more Gilded Blackstone from an original with Blackstone and Gold Ingots.

Requires player to have found at least one before being able to craft more, which in single player means at least one Bastion looted. Additionally, Gilded Blackstone has a cap on how much gold it will drop when broken (5 Gold Nuggets per block). The cost of Gold Ingots is higher than the possible output of gold nuggets.

Piglin Brutes also now drop Gilded Blackstone. See Ancient Debris.
