Heavy Core

The heavy core for the Mace can be tedious to get as it is purely based on random chance from block that can only be used once per player. It requires finding a new Trial Chamber each time to get more. As this is a tool with durability and can break like anything else, it basically forces mending enchantment to be viable.

Added Heavy Core to loot from Ominous Spawners. This keeps it in line with it only being obtainable from Ominous Vaults while making it renewable on a cooldown.
