Added the Iron, Gold, and Diamond versions of Horse Armor to the Hero of the Village loot table for Leatherworkers.

Made this a Hero of the Village drop instead of just a trade to increase difficulty of obtaining the items.
The Leatherworker also already sells Leather Horse Armor.
