Turtles hatch on beaches, which are next to oceans. Their Scute could be washed into the oceans.

Added Scute to Treasure category for fishing, but only in the oceans: Warm Ocean, Cold ocean, Frozen Ocean, Lukewarm Ocean, Ocean, and the Deep varients.
