Most plants can be generated using bone meal.

Added this ability for Spore Blossoms, but it exclusive to Lush Caves biome. Bone meal a Moss Block that has a Spore Blossom underneath the block next to it to generate a new Spore Blossom under the Moss Block Note: that this only works when done by a Player.
