Item Pool: Treasure, Poop (incredibly rare), Skull Game Beggar (50/50 to replace Skatole)
Effect: Charms all fly enemies in the room until cleared. All small flies (black, ring, attack, etc.) convert to Blue Flies. If enemies get too close, will release Butterbean fart and poop.
