IBC Tool for Noble, Kava

Some of the usual IBC tools aren't connecting Agoric with Noble, Kava conveniently. I couldn't resist a quick hack.

I used it to make a noble to Agoric transfer of 0.15 USDC.
The resulting denom is ibc/FE98AAD68F02F03565E9FA39A5E627946699B2B07115889ED812D8BA639576A9.
(First I went to Osmosis, swapped for some Noble USDC, and withdrew it to the Noble chain.)

Anybody want to try Kava?

The netlify deployment seems to have bit-rotted. Getting packages from esm.sh isn't working.
