The default team, players and most npc is members.nuke
Except Sam is nuke the biggest but most powerful team.All memmbers of the team nuke is robotlike, eg terminators (killermachines) and Gassmens (explosive) speaks for it self.
This monsters is often associated to this 
appearance and the gassman and team nuke is originally coming from the mod pollution, that contains toxic stuff and mobs.
Alien
The alien team is not quite so big and powerful as team nuke, but is still dangerous and is often associated with light colors with the
appearance
that originally comes from terminators.
