I need to access data from a pghoard backup and I don't want to take my current database down just to access old data, but the files from pghoard_restore seems to require the WAL from the live server to run...
How do I do a pghoard restore where it just creates a working psql db that I can copy to and run on a separate machine that doesn't have access to the master psql server?
