Done: Android things to Arduino Motor Shield Kotlin driver written Arduino C++ State Machine driver written DualShock4 rc handler class written

TODO: Bluetooth Finish Interface and helper classes to abstract out the code (Currently its 50% in the main acitivty, but the setup for the helper classes is well on its way)
