1. Upload plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
2. Activate the plugin through the `Plugins` menu in WordPress.
3. Use wordpress custom fields with `information`,`success`,`warning`,`failure`,`lightbulb` and `messages` names + sample value.
3. Use this shortcode : `[custom_fields_notifications]`
