What happened?

when trying to make a steel seed from mystical agriculture and following the resepi to the t the infusion alter will not activate to create the seed i tried to make a wood seed and that work without a problem

i accedently put some cobblestone on it that looked alot like steel blocks but here is a picture with actual steel blocks of the pedistal and it still dont work
