Web browser not connecting to WebUI

Background:
I installed Allsky when I first built my camera - no problem.
I went over to the darkside and tried a different app. no problem but the grass was not greener.
I did a clean install of AS but could not log in via Chrome or Edge on my PC. RVNC was OK.
Another clean install, still couldnt log in so turned the Firewall off. Fiddled about a bit and eventually got Edge to connect. Changed the password then it would not accept the new password.
Another clean install. Still would not connect, fiddled with the browser permissions and then Edge again let me in. Got someone to look over my shoulder and then Chrome let me in. - Yeah!
But .... any browser on my Ipad or Android will not let me in.
Checked the error log and all it has is the reboots.
Can't find the json configuration.
My Pi has a static IP address from the router and I've set the WiFi to work on 2.4Ghz. I've tried rebooting my home router and also tried a second AP router.
On my router system log I'm getting >>> N: BLOCK [16] Remote administration (ICMP type 8 code 0 45.11.105.143-​>84.92.116.150 on ppp3)<<< which is pure witchcraft to me.
Tried a Ping from my Ipad to the Pi's IP address and 'No route to host'
Any suggestions PLEASE

Solved:- I made a sacrifice to the networking gods, enabled port forwarding on my router firewall for HTTP to my Pi and pressed the smart channel refresh button and now my Ipad will connect.
