Image on webpage different from local

I was able to get everything setup and working, but the live images that are ftp'ing to my external website are different & broken from what is showing on my local interface.

This is the ftp image:

I appreciate any ideas on how to fix. I imagine they are in ftp settings, but cannot figure out where I have gone wrong.

@pcfreeman1 The timestamp on the images is different. Can you compare a images with the same timestamp?
A couple things come to mind.
It's possible the image is being overwritten on the Pi as its being uploaded. Look in the Wiki for troubleshooting uploads. You can try uploading am image manually to rule out an issue with lftp.
Look in /var/log/lighttpd/error.log for any "truncated" message - that means the web server tried to read a file as it was being updated.
What are your daytime and nighttime delays? You may need to increase them. I think the Wiki has something about that as well.

I extended the daytime delay, and that solved the problem.

What was the delay before you extended it?

It was at the default of 5000 or 5 seconds. I had to increase it to 60000 to get it to work.

@pcfreeman1, wow, 5 seconds is usually more than enough to save an image.
You can see how long it's taking to save an image by changing the Debug Level to 4 in the WebUI, then looking in /var/log/allsky.log after a few minutes. It'll tell you the time needed to save each picture, as well as the current average time. My Pi 4 takes around 50 ms.

The log says my average save time is 351.2 ms. Perhaps it is my ftp'ing and slow satellite internet that is causing the problem.

@pcfreeman1 350 ms is long for a Pi 4. You may have a slower SDcard - I bought a fast on which I am sure is one reason my Pi 4 saves in about 50 ms.

A slow uplink could definately cause a problem. I have a couple things on my "to do" list that should resolve that.
Are your images on your Pi ok, just not on your website?

I am on a Pi 3b, so that is probably part of it.

The images are fine on my pi. They just get strange on the website. Again - thanks for all your help
