Ayurveda Life is a web application that helps users determine their body type according to Ayurveda principles and provides personalized nutrition recommendations based on the identified body type.

Getting Started

To run this project locally, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

• Node.js (with npm)
• PostgreSQL

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/Amank04/Ayurveda_Project.git

2. Navigate to the project directory:

   cd Ayurveda_Project

3. Install dependencies:

   npm install

4. Set up PostgreSQL database:

   • Create a PostgreSQL database.
   • Create a .env file and provide your database credentials.

   DB_USERNAME=your_username
   DB_PASSWORD=your_password
   DB_DATABASE=your_database_name
   DB_HOST=your_database_host
   DB_PORT=your_database_port

5. Start the application:

   npm start

   • The application will be running on http://localhost:3000.

6. Usage:

   • Access the application through a web browser (http://localhost:3000 by default).
   • Answer the questions prompted by the application.
   • Receive your body type (dosha) and personalized nutrition recommendations.
