Plugin for Jbrowse2 that fetches variant consequences

Installation

Pre-requisites

• Jbrowse2 (v1.4)
• git
• nodejs (node 10 or greater)
• yarn

Install (Linux)

Make sure you have JBrowse2 already running on your local machine

• Clone this repo on your local machine using https://github.com/AndraVasilache/jbrowse-plugin-ensembl-vep
• cd jbrowse-plugin-ensembl-vep
• yarn

Quick start

• cd to jbrowse-plugin-ensembl-vep and run yarn develop
• once your application is up, go in your browser on the following link: localhost:3000/?config=http://localhost:9000/ensembl_config.json
