Community Science Museum

The Community Science Museum website is an interactive online platform designed to engage primary and middle school children (ages 7-15) and families with young children. This project aims to create an informative and appealing website that reflects the curiosity and intelligence of our target audience without compromising on user experience. The website serves as a gateway to encourage visitors to explore the wonders of the museum.

Description

The website is informative, appealing, and responsive. Considering design principles, HTML/CSS development, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO.

Website architecture:

  • Home (Scientific facts, upcoming events and sign-up form)
  • Explore page (Kids section, for teachers and reaserchers and exhibitions section)
  • Events page (Dropdown menu and upcoming events)
  • Visit page (About section, contact form and image gallery)

Getting Started

Installing

Clone the repo:

git clone https://github.com/Anne-Serine/Community-Science-Museum---Semester-Project-1.git

Running with Live server

For viewing the project in your local browser, you can use Live Server extension in VS Code, or just drag the index.html file into your web browse.
