Install and configure the Microsoft KMS server role.
This cookbook supports and requires Chef 12.6+.
- Windows Server 2012R2
- Windows Server 2016
The following cookbook is required as noted:
- windows (> 1.36.1) to leverage the
windows_feature
resource
Configure your kms host key
and tweak other attributes.
Then just add kms-server::default
to your runlist.
Below attributes are available in kms_server
root namespace.
