C3P: C-compatible code preprocessor. 

Mostly following the functionality of the C preprocessor. Only this tool is
 language independant. 
Although there are plenty of macro preprocessors, this tool is supposed to be
 extremely easy to learn. To keep it easy to learn, the extent of it's
 capabilities are intentionally kept minimal.
