Mods support

This release introduces Mods support.

• You can access this new feature in the "Mods" tab
• Mods work similary to Bloxstrap (see their guide)
• Multiple mods can be enabled / disabled at once.

Mods can modify Roblox's UI. You can find them on GameBanana or the official Bloxstrap server.

2 new FastFlags:

• Use old Font
• Disable ChromeUI
