Twice-Daily Checklist

Every day twice a day (ideally 12 hours apart), check the messages for

• Questions that are easily answerable.
• New inquiries from the day before. Go through New Inquiry Checklist.
• Guests that are arriving this coming week, send them a welcome message with check-in instructions.
• Guests that are checking out the next day, send them a farewell message (in the Saved Messages), letting them know they can leave their luggage in the living room area, and check out of their room is noon.

Should We Accept a Guest?

• If they mention a creative purpose or passion to their visit, or any particular element of our Arcology description that they like, they are a great fit. In particular, hackers, open source programmers, musicians.
• If they are brief or don't mention any creative purpose, send them the Saved message asking if they are working on any project or goal.
