- Baixe os arquivos: https://cef-builds.spotifycdn.com/cef_binary_88.1.6%2Bg4fe33a1%2Bchromium-88.0.4324.96_windows64_minimal.tar.bz2
- Crie uma pasta chamada CefResources na .sln
- Extraia o mesmo e jogue os arquivos das pastas Release e Resources na pasta CefResources
- Após isso é só dar publish no projeto
